I hereby give you notice that the Annual Meeting of Aston Abbotts Parish Council will be held at the Village Hall, Aston Abbotts on Tuesday 11th May 2021 at 7.30 pm. Councillors are summoned to attend this meeting for the purpose of transacting the following business.

Members of the public are welcome to attend. Public comment can be made, at the invitation of the Chairman, during the first five minutes of the meeting.

The pavement outside no. 36 The Green & Kerb Repairs- receive an update from the Clerk.
Trees on the Green – work is in hand. Clerk to provide an update.
Website – ongoing. To receive an update from the Clerk
Email address hosting – to receive an update from Cllr Baylis and the Clerk
Traffic Calming – To receive updates from the Clerk on shared project with Cublington; a Traffic Calming feasibility study and traffic calming/signage on the Cublington Road.
HS2 Road Safety Fund – awaiting a suitable project
Wing & Ivinghoe Community Board – Cllr Langdon to update.
Dog bin emptying – to consider the response from Bucks regarding a change in schedule. The Clerk to update.
Shed – Cllrs Baylis to update.
Hedges – it is proposed this item be removed from the agenda until the September meeting.
Open Spaces – members to be advised that a cheque for annual subscription has been raised
Street sign repair – to receive an update from the Clerk.
Annual RoSPA Playgound inspection 18 May 2020 & May 2021– to receive an update from Cllrs Plested and Langdon on progress made in engaging a handyman to carry out repairs identified May 2020. Members are to be advised that an appointment has been requested for the May 2021 inspection.
Neighbourhood Plan – To discuss and explore the options of developing a Neighbourhood Plan for Aston Abbotts.
Aerial Runway work- Cllrs Plested and Langdon to update.
Flooding of roads around The.Green – To receive an update from the Clerk on communications with Anglian Water and the LAT regarding this matter.
History Boards – to receive an update from Cllr Plested.
Wingrave Road Bus Shelter – to receive an update from the Clerk
Annual Parish Meeting – 20^th May 2021. Items for presentation to include History Boards and Neighbourhood Plan. Members to agree any additional items and format.
Bin from Lines Hill – to receive an update from the Clerk
